One way to get started is by appointing a Sustainability Champion within your practice who can introduce sustainability ideas at practice meetings and help guide the implementation of initiatives. Taking it one step at a time allows you to work through initiatives gradually and feel more confident in your progress. Remember, sustainability is a journey, not a race.
